Refund Protocol.

This protocol governs the financial restitution and subscription cancellation procedures for LeadKoi Inc. (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

01. The 7-Day Guarantee

Money-Back Window

LeadKoi offers a strict 7-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our B2B analytics widget, you are entitled to a full refund within this window.

Payment Processing

All financial transactions, including refunds, are securely processed and routed through our official Merchant of Record, Paddle.

02. Restitution Eligibility

As a Merchant of Record (MoR) service provider, our refund logic is binary:

  • To claim a refund, you must email support@leadkoi.com within exactly 7 days of your first payment.
  • Refunds are strictly not granted once the initial 7-day window has concluded.
  • Prorated refunds for partial month usage are not currently supported.
  • Annual commitments are non-refundable after the initial 7-day guarantee period.

04. Abuse Mitigation

Our system tracks AI credit consumption in real-time. LeadKoi reserves the right to deny any refund requests within the 7-day window if we detect that the account has utilized a significant volume of AI interactions (exceeding 100 credits) prior to the request, indicating full operational use rather than evaluation.

05. Termination Protocol

To prevent future billing, you must terminate your subscription via the secure Paddle checkout portal linked in your initial receipt email, or directly through the billing section of your LeadKoi dashboard.
