01. Deployment & Acceptance
By creating an account or accessing the LeadKoi platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this agreement. If you are using LeadKoi on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
02. Prohibited Operations
LeadKoi may not be used for the following activities:
- Systemic scraping of non-consenting sites.
- Automated harassment or 'spamming' of leads.
- Reverse engineering the LeadKoi AI models.
- Bypassing security protocols or rate limits.
03. Financial Protocols
Merchant of Record: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. They provide all customer service inquiries and handle returns related to payments.
Subscription: Services are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Your plan will automatically renew unless cancelled via the customer portal prior to the billing date.
Refunds: Given the high computational cost of running AI agents, we do not offer refunds after your initial 7-day evaluation period concludes. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
04. Ownership of Intel
You retain all rights to the lead data captured by your agents. LeadKoi retains all rights, titles, and interests in the platform architecture, agent logic, and any anonymized metadata generated to improve our global AI performance.
05. Liability Limitation
LeadKoi is provided "AS IS". In no event shall LeadKoi Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of revenue, data, or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use the platform. We do not guarantee a specific volume of recovered leads.
06. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the platform or LeadKoi Inc.
